  • Develop and manage operational and capital budgets for assigned properties
  • Oversee site reporting to clients, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Manage maintenance and repair services, including preventive maintenance of building systems
  • Support the implementation of short and long-term projects for clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services
  • Manage vendor relationships and operations, including finances and contract performance
  • Supervise building technicians and identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards
  • Drive and promote a safety culture among subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors

Requirements:

  • BS in a technical degree (preferred)
  • +5 years of related technical work experience, including supervisory experience
  • +2 years of related experience as a facilities manager or similar role
  • Experience in Mission Critical Data Center environment with a strong understanding of BMS, CMMS, MOP, SOP Creation, and review
  • Knowledge of all building systems maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry
  • Advanced English level
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service

Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
