The International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) Compliance Team seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Program Specialist to support the implementation of global compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the coordination and administration of IFF's Speak Up hotline system, ensuring timely response and resolution to employee concerns.
  • Administer the compliance training program, including content development, translations, testing/review, communications, launch, and reporting.
  • Prepare compliance presentations, agendas, and training materials, and coordinate related logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the global compliance calendar and related initiatives.
  • Analyze data analytics to prepare reports on various compliance metrics and trends, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Proactively update and maintain compliance resources and processes to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer and other members of the compliance team as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing expenses, and handling billing inquiries.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting compliance or training programs, preferably in a company with a global footprint.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced workloads and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training coordination.
  • Experience utilizing reports and data analytics, with knowledge of PowerBi a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • English language proficiency.
