Charger Logistics is a world-class asset-based carrier that specializes in delivering assets on time and on budget. With a diverse fleet of equipment, we handle a range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature-controlled goods, and HAZMAT cargo.

We are an entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and supports individual ideas and strategies. We are expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our Customer Service Department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
  2. Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in a friendly, professional manner to build lasting relationships.
  3. Provide track and trace updates for shipments.
  4. Update customers on the status of each order as required and resolve customer-specific freight issues.
  5. Enter, update, and process customer orders on various interfaces.
  6. Ensure and confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to clear customs paperwork.
  8. Follow established procedures for processing bills.
  9. Perform duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

**Requirements:**

  1. College diploma or university degree.
  2. Previous logistics and customer service experience is an asset.
  3. Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.
  4. Strong time-management skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  6. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
