Compensation Strategy and Implementation

We are seeking a skilled Global Compensation Strategist to support the development and implementation of compensation strategies across Latin America. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will play a critical role in shaping compensation programs and driving impactful decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Process Support: Assist in the implementation and analysis of new or updated compensation programs, including the annual MRP review process.
  • Market Data and Trend Analysis: Analyze market data, external trends, insights, and best practices to support compensation planning and decision-making.
  • Job Evaluation and Pricing: Perform job leveling, pricing, and evaluations for new or revised roles, and conduct Total Compensation analysis.
  • Consultation and Recommendations: Act as a consultant to HR and People Managers on compensation matters, salary recommendations, and collaborate on gender pay equity analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 3-4 years of work experience in compensation administration for multiple countries.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (mainly Excel).
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Spanish. Portuguese language desirable.
  • Work experience in other Total Rewards specialties (benefits, Recognition, mobility) desirable.
