Human Resources Business Partner for LATAM

Join our dynamic HR team as a Human Resources Business Partner for LATAM. In this pivotal role, you will engage in driving the HR agenda and executing various HR processes, initiatives, and daily operations within the Global Business Services team. Your responsibility will include comprehending business requirements and collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), Hire to Retire (HTR), and the Global Business Services team to deliver tailored solutions and programs aligned with strategic objectives.

As a key advisor, you will support organizational leaders and teams throughout the entire talent lifecycle, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. This position will require you to identify growth opportunities, foster employee engagement through HR initiatives, enhance organizational capabilities, and establish an effective organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with the Leadership Team to implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Act as a champion for organizational simplification, enhancing capabilities, and maximizing team performance. Build strong relationships while providing technical expertise to support managers and employees across various HR domains. HR Processes Execution: Ensure compliance with HR policies and COEs, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, and Organizational Development & Learning. Utilize people data and analytics to inform business and personnel decisions. Talent Management: Lead the talent management agenda through performance cycles, succession planning, and development strategies. Attract, nurture, and retain top talent to achieve business objectives. Oversee the performance management process in collaboration with the compensation team. Cultural Stewardship: Provide insights and recommendations for cultural transformation initiatives to cultivate a robust organizational culture. Promote Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) strategies, fostering a positive work environment and implementing HR interventions to enhance engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree. 4+ years of experience in a similar HR role, with a strong emphasis on Organizational Development, Talent Management, and HR Partnership. 2+ years of relevant experience in a global or multinational organization, with exposure to diverse cultural contexts. Fluency in English to engage with regional and global stakeholders. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on available data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
