Global Compensation Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Leader to join our team as a Total Rewards Strategist. As a key member of our Compensation Program Management team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of all ongoing compensation processes for Kellanova Latin America, coordinating administration and deployment of annual compensation cycles, and managing policies and processes administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Compensation Execution: Lead the execution of all GBS ongoing compensation processes for Kellanova Latin America, coordinate administration & deployment of annual compensation cycle, including MRP creation and validation, salary survey submission, job matching process, MPA and AIP cycles and the out of cycle increase process.
- Policies and Processes: Manage policies & processes administration and administer Compensation Programs in line with global and LATAM reward strategy. Also, coordinate administration of ad hoc compensation programs, etc. throughout the year.
- Job Evaluation and Benchmark: Responsible for Job Evaluation Process in LA for Global Levels according to business requirements and support compensation vendor management as needed by regional compensation teams, collaborate in external benchmark forums or surveys as needed.
- Guidance and Consultancy: Provide expertise and guidance to reward specialists to administer compensation and in dealing with day-to-day queries and information requests. Provide rewards information to support LATAM COE team in compensation projects. Ensure GBS team and others outside the team maintains knowledge of changes to LA organization structures and LATAM compensation policies.
- Presentations and Support: Draft compensation presentations & prepare data for Total Reward Lead and COE Total Rewards as required and provides direct support regarding compensation administration requirements to the specific BUs assigned to this role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- 5-6 years of work experience in compensation administration for multiple countries.
- Strong customer focus and strong analytical skills.
- Flexible, problem-solving approach and strong team player.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (mainly Excel).
- English language proficiency and Portuguese language - Desirable.
