We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will play a critical role in driving the HR agenda and executing all HR processes, initiatives, and day-to-day activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partner & HR Enablement: Partner with our Leadership Team to execute short and long-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives. Act as an organizational and simplification champion who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity, and partners with business to maximize team performance.
- Execute all HR subsystems/process and practices: Ensure alignment with HR policies and COEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, and Organizational Development & Learning). Apply people data, insights, analytics, and metrics in taking business and people decisions.
- Talent Management & Leadership: Coordinate talent management agenda in the organization through performance cycle, succession planning, and talent development strategies. Attract, develop, and retain the best talent to deliver business strategy. Responsible for driving the performance management process with business areas aligned with the compensation team.
- Company Culture Steward: Provide advice and suggestions for cultural transformation initiatives to shape a strong organizational culture. Foster the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) strategy. Encourage a positive work environment and implement HR interventions to boost organizational engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4+ years of working experience in a similar HR role with significant focus on Organizational Development, Talent Management, and HR Partnering.
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in a global or multinational organization and function, with exposure to diverse cultural contexts and business environments.
- English language fluency to partner with regional and global stakeholders and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently with the willingness to make decisions based on available data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
