This position requires a deep technical expertise in various product categories pertinent to the market, including but not limited to Structured Products, Investment Strategies, Financial Planning, Retirement Solutions, Protection Plans, and Mortgages. The primary objective is to enhance the trust and commitment of clients towards HSBC by providing tailored services beyond traditional branch interactions, either individually or in collaboration with Relationship Managers.
The Mobile Insurance Specialist is strategically positioned to support Wealth Relationship Managers in their daily operations, particularly in offering sophisticated products to Wealth clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Relationship Managers in building client confidence and trust in HSBC's capabilities, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and quality of services provided to targeted clients. Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify and address client needs, conduct thorough technical analyses, and assist in presenting and explaining relevant solutions to clients, or independently manage end-to-end sales processes at various locations as requested by clients. Engage in commercial management to boost customer engagement within the Wealth segment. Maintain meticulous tracking and documentation of activities. Advocate for the professional sale of insurance products. Offer specialized advice on suitable insurance solutions to ensure the protection needs of Wealth clients are adequately met. Provide training to Relationship Managers on both technical and practical skills through structured training programs, enhancing their product-specific knowledge through effective on-the-job coaching. Assist in organizing client-focused events.Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of experience as a product specialist, life insurance agent, or financial advisor. Exceptional client engagement skills with a focus on delivering a superior client experience and providing needs-based solutions. In-depth knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, alongside an understanding of financial markets, socio-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirements relevant to these products. Extensive awareness of external market conditions, emerging product solutions, and current financial market activities. Proven ability to accurately identify client needs. Strong skills in managing a consultative sales process. Comprehensive understanding of global anti-money laundering standards. A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with local and Group compliance regulations. Specialization in one or more product categories such as Structured Products, FX, Investments, Financial Planning, Savings, Retirement, Protection, or Mortgages. Proficient in English, with a medium to advanced level of understanding and communication skills.
