JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Customer Service Representative - Tech Support

The Customer Service Representative will assist clients by providing technical solutions to their inquiries. This role involves diagnosing issues through effective questioning and guiding users with step-by-step instructions. Support will be delivered in a clear, professional manner, ensuring that technical solutions are communicated effectively.

Some inquiries may necessitate follow-up, additional research, or escalation to the Level 4 Team for advanced troubleshooting and resolution.

Work Schedule: Availability required from Monday to Sunday, with two days off each week.

Working Hours: 8:50 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PST

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Preferred knowledge of GSM, LTE, and prepaid mobile services.
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications and technical equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to work weekends.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a support role within the telecommunications sector or related technical fields.
  • Ability to focus and guide team members towards achieving work objectives.
