**Job Summary**
Iron Service Global Inc is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and configuration changes
- Identify potential issues that could adversely impact end-user experience and take corrective action
- Manage ticket queue and ensure tickets are resolved and closed within defined service level agreement
**Requirements**
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Active Directory experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
**Salary**: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
**Relocation**: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
