As a key player in the global plant-based food revolution, we're seeking a talented Brand Marketing Manager to help us maximize our impact on the planet and people's lives.
**The Role**
We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our brand development efforts and drive growth. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives. You will lead a team of brand managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of brand strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement innovative brand plans and marketing strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and insights, informing our product development and marketing efforts.
3. Collaborate with our product development teams to innovate and develop new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
4. Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
5. Lead and mentor a team of brand analysts to achieve individual and team goals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
6. Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and maximize sales.
7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of our brand, providing strategic recommendations for improvement and growth.
8. Develop and implement marketing activities to maximize sales of our assigned brand, leveraging our unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
9. Analyze brand performance, competitiveness, and product trends, informing our marketing strategies and product development efforts.
10. Lead the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content, identifying effective sales channels and maximizing our reach and impact.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in brand management
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing a team and developing talent for at least a year
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
