About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Salesforce. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our largest and highest-profile customers to ensure their success with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with assigned accounts to maintain a continual focus on the customer's business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's Salesforce implementation and provide expert guidance on how to optimize their use of the platform.
  • Forge strong relationships with customers and account teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing proactive support and guidance to help them achieve their business goals and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management, to drive customer success and revenue opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant industry expertise in Technical Customer Success, Customer Success Manager, SaaS platform use or project leadership, Technology Consulting, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into actionable solutions for customers.
