Responsibilities- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform in collaboration with IT teams, the TPM, and ServiceNow stakeholders to align with business requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance, engage in peer reviews, and share knowledge freely across the team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations.
- Work with others to drive adoption and use of the ServiceNow platform.
- Habitually design technically and operationally scalable solutions.
- Deliver critical multi-component features and ensure quality results.
