Job Description

The role of the Administrative Support Specialist is to provide high-quality administrative support to the Housekeeping division, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

  • This position is responsible for managing all clerical and administrative functions within the housekeeping department, including report generation, data analysis, and communication with various stakeholders.
  • A key focus area is maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, logs, and databases to facilitate informed decision-making and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in software applications such as Encore, Guest Log, and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage reports, performance metrics, and inventory levels to ensure optimal resource allocation and efficient operations.
  2. Create and maintain various analyses, reports, and data visualizations to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  3. Develop and implement processes to improve administrative efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness, resulting in increased productivity and reduced errors.
