Channel Growth Strategist

Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase channel partners and expand Hitachi Energy's footprint through channels in different segments and solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience developing channels from start to finish, strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and proven experience working with sales and channel development & management.
Main Responsibilities
- Develops sales strategies to increase channel partners and expand Hitachi Energy's footprint through channels in different segments and solutions.
- Leads the development and implementation of sales strategy to increase channel partners.
- Leads critical sales and key frame agreements negotiations. Supports in the offering and proposal process for channel partners.
- Identifies and evaluates channel partners. Manages annual performance assessment activities for channel partners.
- Ensures appropriate communication, promotion and training activities in the channel/segment.
- Supports driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electronical, Industrial)
- Bilingual skills (English & Spanish)
- Experience developing channels from start to finish
- Experience developing channels in the medium/high voltage industry
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven experience working with sales and channel development & management
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strategic thinking and strategy roll out
