Associate Principal OpenShift Specialist Solution Architect

We are seeking an Associate Principal OpenShift Specialist Solution Architect to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your expertise in containerization, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure technologies to help our customers derive business value from their OpenShift environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement innovative solutions utilizing Red Hat technologies to address customer challenges.
- Run live demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept to educate customers on Red Hat OpenShift capabilities and help them design new solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical and business goals and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a catalog of potential OCP workloads by leveraging cumulative experience and knowledge from working with other customers.
- Identify, execute, and lead customer events to drive visibility and demand for migrating and building applications to OpenShift and its ecosystem.
- Become a trusted advisor to customer teams by enabling and mentoring customer development teams in the development and deployment of applications to production on OpenShift and 3rd party tools.
- Experience in sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent in supporting large organizations.
- Experience architecting, designing, or implementing solutions related to virtualization, storage, networking in a variety of Enterprise and Government organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive team player attitude and strong desire to make our customers successful.
- Ability to understand customers' challenges, requirements, and technical issues and collaborate to address those with the appropriate technologies and solutions.
- Knowledge of Linux or UNIX operating systems, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), or a RHEL derivative, as well as related technologies.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies for application deployment and operations like VMware vSphere, KVM, etc.
- Experience with Kubernetes deployments in large organizations.
- Knowledge of cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technologies like Red Hat OpenShift or related products and solutions.
- Knowledge of network protocols like TCP/IP, S3, FTP, NFS, or SMB/CIFS.
- Knowledge of DevOps from the technology point of view.
- Familiarity with the design and operation of medium to large-scale enterprise and cloud infrastructures, databases, and application systems with high-availability requirements.
- Extensive experience with the application life cycle in traditional environments.
- Fluent language skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Willingness to travel within the Latin America region.
- Experience or certification with any public cloud provider.
- Red Hat certifications.
- Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies such as OpenShift Virtualization, OpenStack, Red Hat Virtualization, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Citrix XenServer.
