Talent Acquisition and Employee Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to attract top talent and enhance employee development programs.
  • Create and nurture talent pipelines for current and future job openings, engaging with potential candidates and maintaining relationships.
  • Source high-potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social networks, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Prepare and review annual recruitment budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Measure key recruitment metrics, such as source of hire and time-to-hire.

Employee Development:

  • Design customized training strategies and plans to enhance employee skills and foster growth.
  • Cultivate employee retention through talent strategy, coaching program enhancement, onboarding design, and change management integration.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with senior executives and business leaders to align people-related strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to leadership on various HR matters.
  • Conduct regular meetings with business leaders, offering insights on employment laws, compliance, and effective people management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Labor Relations, or related field.

Change Management certification.

Interview Techniques certification.

English proficient.

MBA or master's in business or related is desired.
