Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Development Specialist to join our team in North America and Latin America. As a key member of our regional talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent.

About the Role

  • Establish long-term talent pipelines through comprehensive market research and proactive talent mapping to achieve personal hiring targets aligned with regional and global growth targets.
  • Develop a talent acquisition infrastructure aligned with the Global Talent Acquisition function to ensure the region consistently identifies and secures talent, maximising conversion levels and optimising candidate experience.
  • Contribute to and influence the Employer Branding Strategy, working in partnership with Employee Experience and Marketing teams to support the attraction of talent as well as supporting EVP engagement and activation across the region.
  • Build strong business partner relationships with relevant stakeholders, developing a value-add approach working in collaboration to deliver on the growth strategy.
  • Optimise processes and implement effective and inclusive practices across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with cross-border colleagues, leveraging cross-functional teams, contributing to the Group Talent Acquisition strategy, developing best practice, and assisting in the evolution of the function.

Requirements

  • Solid foundation in the field of talent acquisition.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience and executive hiring.
  • Global experience in multiple markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent assessment methodologies within an executive search organisation.
  • Relationship building and influencing at Leadership level: Builds authentic relationships and garners influence as a key thought partner both externally and internally.
  • Global Partnership: An influential leader who can rally cross-functional teams to strengthen the TA function in the region and provide expert advice and counsel.
  • Ability to work across time zones.
