Azka IT is a leading IT solutions provider that connects top talent with innovative companies in Latin America and the United States.

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Agent - Portuguese to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, including:

  • Responding to incoming calls and tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving technical issues related to Microsoft 365 office applications, Microsoft Windows, internet browsers, PCs, laptops, and basic networking
  • Collaborating with 2nd level support teams to resolve complex issues
  • Providing excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (IT or industrial)
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • At least 2 years of experience in a service/customer service desk position
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and basic understanding of IT principles and ticket handling
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing systems, preferably BMC
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Azka IT offers a competitive compensation package, including:
