About the Role
We are seeking a Transformation Senior Manager to lead and coach design teams to scope and deliver design phase engagements according to the latest methodology and following design playbooks. The successful candidate will work with senior stakeholders from various sectors and functions, integrating other enabling workstreams including process excellence, enterprise service management, transitions, HR, IT, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior stakeholders in advance of design phase to ensure GBS vision and strategy is well understood, and all key stakeholders are aligned and supportive.
- Support sector/function design team with step-by-step design approach, guidance ensuring standard global approach is followed with all necessary decision gates and milestones followed.
- Develop and drive for implementation the holistic design project and service delivery concept of operations and integrated initiative specific work plans, reflecting more granular dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and deployments.
- Makes decisions to identify critical risks/issues and implement transformation plans that impact the overall timeline and economic delivery of the GBS transformation program.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformation and design, with experience in leading and coaching design teams. They will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders from various sectors and functions.
