We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Service Director to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, process management, and financial governance of our Global Business Service Centre in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning processes for our Global Business Service Centre, ensuring clear strategic focus and link to overall objectives.
- Develop and implement strong financial analysis, insights, and KPIs to support leadership decision-making.
- Ensure financial compliance with regards to accounting, tax, and treasury standards.
- Implement effective procurement processes and systems, focusing on compliance, strong analytics, and savings.
- Ensure effective IT operations and support in close coordination with our global organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience from a multinational company.
- Knowledge and experience with finance, IT, procurement, and digital platforms, including integration of digital solutions for efficiency and decision-making.
- Experience with audits, process optimization, and operational excellence.
- Solid business understanding, customer orientation, and results focus.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
