Job Title: Project Security Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Security Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for protecting our employees, sites, assets, and projects from potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify security risks for the project
  • Develop and implement relevant security measures to mitigate these risks
  • Ensure compliance with Alstom's Group Security policies
  • Define and implement the right security organization for the project
  • Control and update the project security organization, means, and processes
  • Edit and update the Project Security Plan
  • Ensure project staff is aware of their individual responsibilities
  • Keep an updated POB (People On Board) for the project
  • Provide advice and recommendations to the project Director on security issues
  • Coordinate with security stakeholders (external and internal)
  • Report all security incidents to the Project Director and the Country Security Manager
  • Implement rules and processes to ensure economic security and protect sensitive information
  • Draft and implement Project crisis management procedures

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, security, or equivalent training
  • English speaking (Professional working proficiency level)
  • Previous experience in the military, law enforcement, or security field
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Good knowledge of national and/or local security environment and security issues

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous crisis management experience
  • Existing network in the Yucatan peninsula
