About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator in Cancun. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of excursions and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enter all bookings into the system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Oversee supplier relationships and expectations, ensuring high-quality services and optimal load factors.
  • Monitor and communicate amendments to the Service Delivery team and suppliers, guaranteeing seamless services and cost optimization.
  • Load pick-up times into the system and pre-order attraction entrance tickets, including cash reconciliation.
Requirements
  • Good administration skills, strong planning, and organization, with confidence in technology.
  • High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish, with other European languages an advantage.
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible and professional personality.
