Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blackhawk Industrial. As an expert in inventory management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a deep understanding of our systems and suppliers' processes.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and multitasking abilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root cause issues, and provide quotes for product solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and assess customer needs completely and accurately
  • Work with suppliers and account managers to identify, source, and price appropriate product solutions
  • Process customer orders, RMAs, and GTOs
  • Review and maintain P21 portals daily for potential late orders and unapproved orders
  • Recommend adjustments to inventory levels based on customer usage patterns
  • Perform quarterly customer reviews to ensure we are stocking the appropriate inventory and levels
  • Perform monthly inventory reconciliation for all consigned inventory locations

Requirements:

  • Diligence and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in basic computer operation and ability to learn new software programs
  • Experience in industrial field, B2B sales, and customer service (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $17,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month, depending on experience. This is a full-time position located at our office location, requiring in-person attendance.
