We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Assets Investment Manager Intern to join our team in Monterrey. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced professionals and contribute to the development of our real estate index management research team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the real estate index management research team on index quality, methodology, and publications-related topics.
- Work on operational improvement projects, research-based charting tools/analysis on real estate property and property fund indexes.
- Collaborate on annual representativeness study on global market size estimations.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Financial industry knowledge.
- Advanced Excel, Python, programming skills, data visualization techniques (Power BI).
