We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at Product School. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving speaker engagement for our events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing, contacting, and closing potential speakers for weekly events and conference opportunities
  • Leading the speaker engagement process from initial contact through event execution and conclusion
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with speakers, aiming for repeat participation in multiple events
  • Communicating with other teams to address event changes or speaker cancellations, ensuring seamless event execution
  • Collaborating with team members to effectively manage and optimize our events calendar
  • Using exceptional planning skills to match the best speakers with various events
Requirements
  • Bilingual speaker, fluent in English
  • 1+ years of sales experience, with a focus on account management or recruiting being a plus
  • Keen eye for detail and highly organized
  • Thrives on growing their network and is a natural relationship builder
  • Executive presence, and can communicate effectively with high-level executives
  • Self-starter who loves setting and achieving sales targets
  • Confident, and doesn't accept NO as a final answer
  • Familiar with Product Management as a discipline
