- Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with speakers, aiming for repeat participation in multiple events
- Communicating with other teams to address event changes or speaker cancellations, ensuring seamless event execution
- Collaborating with team members to effectively manage and optimize our events calendar
- Using exceptional planning skills to match the best speakers with various events
- Bilingual speaker, fluent in English
- 1+ years of sales experience, with a focus on account management or recruiting being a plus
- Keen eye for detail and highly organized
- Thrives on growing their network and is a natural relationship builder
- Executive presence, and can communicate effectively with high-level executives
- Self-starter who loves setting and achieving sales targets
- Confident, and doesn't accept NO as a final answer
- Familiar with Product Management as a discipline
- Remote First - our team works remotely across multiple countries and time zones
