About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Care Professional. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize your language skills to communicate effectively with customers who speak multiple languages.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
