Job Summary

Michael Page is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with prospects, identifying needs, and developing proposals with value-added services. You will also be accountable for the overall relationship management of assigned clients, coordinating internal areas to meet day-to-day or new requirements, and meeting clients to maintain and grow business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities with prospects and develop proposals with value-added services.
  • Accountable for the overall relationship management of assigned clients, including coordinating internal areas to meet day-to-day or new requirements.
  • Meet clients to maintain and grow business relationships, oversee line renewals, and legal changes.
  • Responsible for the development, planning, and execution of a strategic account plan, including coordinating with strategic consulting projects and business reviews.
  • Identify and articulate best practices within the industry, demonstrating analytical ability, critical reasoning, and strategic thinking to generate loyalty with customers.
Requirements
  • Desirable 5+ years of relevant business experience.
  • Post-Secondary Education preferred BA/BS.
  • Proficient in English language is a must (both written and oral).
  • Experience within the vehicle management or a related financial/asset-based industry is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of time dependent on client portfolio and location.
  • Willingness to learn and capable of adjusting to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written), influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • World-class negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong customer focus with superior levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Capable of negotiating with C-levels.
