Job Title: Sales Director

Element Fleet Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and increase share of wallet with existing clients
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify and articulate best practices within the industry

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in complex B2B sales environment
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to drive revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
