About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Medtronic. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead and develop quality systems, processes, and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and meet established internal and external standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have expertise in interpreting policies, regulatory requirements, and internal regulations, and be able to provide guidance and oversight to operating entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and performance excellence
  • Interpretation of policies, regulatory requirements, and internal regulations to assure compliance
  • Process analysis and audit preparation, resolution of findings, and liaison with auditing groups and inspectors
  • Preparation of reports and documentation, and provision of necessary information to stakeholders
  • Cordination of legal requests in support of government investigations or litigations
  • Maintenance and modification of quality assurance programs and policies

This role falls within the People Management Functional Career Stream, which focuses on tactical, operational, and some strategic activities within a specified area. As a first-level supervisor, you will oversee your area of responsibility, manage performance, develop talent, engage and include staff, communicate business and operational developments, plan, prioritize, and direct the responsibilities of direct reports.

Required Knowledge and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need to understand basic management approaches, such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution. You should also have broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within your assigned discipline.

Physical Job Requirements

The physical demands of this role are moderate, requiring regular sitting, standing, walking, and use of office equipment.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits and compensation packages are designed to attract and retain top talent.
