Business Development Support Professional

Job Description:
The Commercial Sales Support Specialist will be based in Monterrey, Mexico, and is responsible for supporting the Sales organization in North America. This role requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring seamless support for customers throughout all North American time zones.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams with quoting, purchase order management, order entry, software licenses fulfillment, invoicing, and customer onboarding.
- Manage POs and invoicing on Customer Portals
- Support customer onboarding and provide timely updates on delivery dates
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to address requests and issues
- Participate in developing tools and documentation to increase sales process efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Sales Administration role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in English; ability to read, write, and speak fluently
- SFDC and CPQ experience preferred
- LX, Navision, Business Central, and Intacct ERP experience preferred
Additional Information:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and requires occasional travel to the US and Canada (10%). The position is full-time and permanent, with a regular Monday to Friday schedule.
