About The Role

We are seeking a strategically focused Digital Sales Planner with media experience to support the advertising sales teams across Entravision US Local markets. You will be a crucial member of a growing team to support sales in meeting its goals and providing effective media plans for their clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop proposals, bringing together all the necessary elements, coordinating all of the elements of the custom or unique pitch components including concept, strategies, and specific flight and budget allocations.
  2. Produce all pre-sale documents including PowerPoint presentations, proposals, or integrating ancillary research.
  3. Collaborate with all necessary teams internally to ensure that the elements of the plan follow internal operational guidelines.
  4. Create mock-ups or screenshots for clear deliverables to clients.
  5. Work with other members of the sales team to secure requested offerings and work out win-win solutions if there are requests for competing offerings.
  6. Keep Sales apprised of all important issues, updates, and data associated with pre-sales efforts.
  7. Attend video call meetings when requested to assist Sales with clients.
  8. Help Sales build solid relationships by planning and occasionally attending industry events.

Requirements And General Skills

  1. 2+ years of digital media experience.
  2. Previous sales, marketing, or agency experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  2. Experience working in the media department for a major advertising agency or digital publisher.
  3. Familiarity with multiple digital mediums and platforms such as Google Ads, SEM, Online Video, Mobile Display, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok.
  4. Understanding basic digital terminology and application (i.e., CPM, Bidding, Margins, CPC, VCR, etc.).
  5. Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge across the department.
  6. Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) with a professional tone and experience speaking with various audiences.
  7. Spanish fluency a plus.
