We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Dyopath. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

Job Summary

This role involves providing end-user technical support, troubleshooting, and tuning for hardware and systems, peripheral hardware, and initial triage for client network environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Windows 10, MS Office, including Office 365, and be able to troubleshoot VOIP and telephony issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-user technical support, troubleshooting, and tuning for end user hardware and systems, peripheral hardware, and initial triage for client network environments
  • Provide expert-level support for Windows 10 troubleshooting and operations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot VOIP and telephony issues
  • Imaging and deploying new and replacement laptop and desktop equipment
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions with clients, including incident reports and resolution records

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in technical support or IT help desk environment
  • Extensive experience supporting Windows 10, MS Office, including Office 365
  • Expert-level knowledge of VOIP and telephony systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
