Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Global Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Latin American region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth knowledge of the real estate sectors in Latin America and key players in the market.
- Research new leads through referred and digital platforms, developers, and investors in the real estate sectors in Latin America.
- Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and service providers in the real estate sectors.
- Manage club members by maintaining regular meetings and attending events (both online and in-person).
- Develop commercial strategies to expand the club in the Latin American region by incorporating new high-value clients and rebooking of current ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Project Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Operations.
- Be available for domestic and international travel to meet clients and run events (15-20% of the time).
- Preferred academic background: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Law, or Engineering.
- Commercial background with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Prior use or knowledge of CRM and Google Drive.
- Superior computer literacy, creative, and up to date with current technology.
- Ready and eager to globe-trot.
- Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to cope with time pressure and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and critically evaluate information received.
- Team orientation with the ability to effectively build relationships both externally and internally.
- Ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of the company's various products.
- We require fluency in written and spoken Spanish.
- Availability: 80% in-person / 20% home office.
