- Monitor customer quote requests and promptly create and send quotes to customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates for quotes, leveraging industry knowledge to drive cost-effectiveness.
- Follow up and negotiate on quotes sent to customers to secure sales, utilizing persuasive communication skills to drive results.
- Understand customer needs to design the best logistics offering, tailoring solutions to meet specific requirements and drive customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business, driving long-term growth and revenue.
- Analyze service performance and align internal resources to guarantee quality of service, continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related field.

- Strong teamwork and prompt communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
