We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team at Lear Corporation in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process activities in a timely and accurate manner to comply with SOX regulations and GBS Mexico Guidelines. This includes ensuring invoices are processed and paid on time for freight and commercial suppliers.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Standardizing and streamlining processes and controls
- Maintaining key process indicators to measure efficiency and productivity
- Maintaining detailed procedures and documentation to support internal and external audit requests
- Facilitating effective communication within the team and coordination with other GBS departments
- Proficiency in accounting guidelines and SOX controls
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to motivate team members
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize core competencies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Knowledge of SAP, QAD, Coupa, and Lear Financial suite of systems
- +3 years of related professional work experience and +1 year of experience as supervisor
- Proficient in computer software Office, with excellent Excel skills
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
