We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves analyzing logistics functions, recommending best practices, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all necessary transactions for materials management and inventory control.
  • Update parts numbers and purchase orders to maintain accuracy.
  • Collaborate with departments to expedite shipments and resolve exceptions.
  • Research and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure accurate information systems transactions to reflect material movements.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Analyze transportation and CFDI data to optimize inventory movements.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems and related software.
  • Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
  • Ability to write clear correspondence and comprehend visual aids.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
