**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Solutions Specialist to join our team at Gilbarco Veeder-Root. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Configure Software Systems: Design and implement software solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
- Manage Service Level Onboarding Targets: Develop and maintain onboarding targets to ensure business objectives are met from a Time to Revenue perspective.
- Customer Onboarding: Work with multiple customers simultaneously to ensure successful onboarding experiences.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist with testing solutions to ensure remote connectivity and successful onboarding.
- Knowledgebase Documentation: Create and maintain knowledgebase documentation for the department.
- Application Expertise: Function as an application subject matter expert on existing functionality as it relates to the industry and its customers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint required. Documentation skills are required. Basic SQL. Advanced EXCEL (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic & people skills required. Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and deadlines required. Ability to identify, research and evaluate technical problems in a timely fashion required.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Web-based Software / SaaS customer Onboarding/integration required. Demonstrated excellent English communications skills (written and oral) required.
- Teamwork: Experience working in a dynamic team environment required. Ability and willingness to learn required.
- Industry Experience: Oil and Gas Industry experience is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Visio is a plus. Knowledge of Underground Storage Tanks and associated lines and sensors is a plus. Knowledge/familiarity with Fuel Inventory Management is a plus. Knowledge of Environmental Compliance for Underground Storage Tanks is a plus.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge of products, systems and techniques currently used by the company (e.g. IS360, Ingauge, Bitmapping, FMS, Vontier Business Systems) a plus.
- Language Skills: Strong second language skills a plus.
- Training Experience: Prior experience conducting remote, web-based training is a plus.
- International Experience: Prior experience with International accounts/customers is a plus.
