About the Role:
The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and meet performance objectives. You will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
- Sales Management: Create and maintain sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Coaching and Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance team members' sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Results-Orientation: Set challenging sales targets and goals for the team, monitoring progress towards achieving sales metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:
