Job Title: Strategic HR Director
We seek an experienced Human Resources Director to lead comprehensive HR management in Mexico, covering recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, employee relations, union affairs, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will ensure that our HR policies align with local laws and regulations, promote teamwork between our international teams, and support the plant's long-term development and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of professionals
- Negotiate with unions and manage labor relations
- Design and implement effective compensation and benefits packages
- Provide administrative support to the HR function
- Cultivate a positive work culture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Business Management, Economics, Labor Relations, or related field
- Fluent English language skills
- 10-15 years of experience in a managerial role
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR strategies, recruitment, talent management, and union relations
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
