Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Verification Engineer - Technical Lead to join our team in developing advanced DRAM and emerging memory products using groundbreaking memory technologies. As a key member of our design verification team, you will work closely with international colleagues to develop new verification tools and flows to solve complex verification challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully understand the design datasheet and study circuit design in detail to ensure deep knowledge of the design functionality and timing requirements.
- Develop patterns and regressions to increase function coverage for all DRAM architectures and features.
- Provide support to design engineers, debug failures, lead bug tracking, and close coverage.
- Cowork with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows to solve verification difficulties.
- Own and lead design projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using digital and analog simulation tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skill and attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to other verification peers.
- Experience in leading small or large projects preferred.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of CMOS circuit design, experience in mixed-signal verification, familiar with analog/digital simulation tools, and knowledge of verification languages (System Verilog or equivalent) and methodologies (UVM or equivalent).
Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year
