About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Area Delivery Leader to join our team in Latin America (LATAM). As a key member of our delivery organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of service professionals to deliver high-quality services to our customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of delivery professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute a regional delivery strategy to drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Manage fiscal responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in technology-related, business, professional services, consulting, and sales.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a consulting practice with high revenue from multiple and complex clients.
  • 9+ years of team leadership or people management experience, either with or without direct reports.
  • 6+ years of experience within the Financial Services Industry or Public Sector or Retail.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters of Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of consulting services practice management.
  • Management experience, including cost management, revenue forecasting.
  • Consulting sales experience, including managing a sales pipeline across accounts, solutioning a consulting sale, establishing a sales closure plan.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification.
  • Experience with the Latin America (LATAM) business market.
