About This Role

Audible is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join our growing team. As a Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support activities for Audible services, working closely with development teams to establish and improve service support.
  • Operate with guidance from management, driving issues to resolution and understanding business logic and architecture of supported services.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation, tools, and processes to enable team members to perform support activities effectively.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of all support documentation, performing code builds and deployments as needed.
  • Help develop and refine operational policies and procedures used by teams and internal customers.
  • Participate fully and constructively in team planning and contribute to the design and development of support tools using software engineering best practices.
