Key Responsibilities:- Manage and operate basic reporting processes for actuals and forecasts to agreed quality and fast close timeline.
- Provide financial accounting services and data in a timely and accurate manner, including fixed assets, cash activities and divestment activities.
- Ensure the integrity, viability, and interoperability of financial reporting processes (Actuals, Budgets and Latest Estimates) and systems.
- Supervise the development and maintenance of current reporting systems (SAP, BI, SPMR and FCRS).
- Prepare ad-hoc and routine 'accounting / management' information and quality financial analysis to support global and organization's requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance required.
- CPA or Chartered Accountant is preferred.
- Advanced Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred.
- Formal continuous improvement training preferred (i.e. Six Sigma).
- +5 years of financial experience for major company or division of large corporation required.
- Big 4 Audit background desirable.
- Previous experience in managing Financial Services.
- Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful improvements in performance, quality and efficiency through system and process innovation and effective project management.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible work arrangements, learning and development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
