Job Summary

Metso Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and sales orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Determine replacement parts required and inform customers of order information, such as unit prices and shipping dates.
  • Verify customer and order information for correctness and expedite orders when necessary.
  • Check inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise and maintain and improve spare parts item data in ERP system.
  • Price spare parts according to Metso policy and receive and fill orders for parts.
  • Maintain and improve technical knowledge in selected products and technologies.
  • Use good judgment in all situations and demonstrate a 'can do' attitude.
  • Be accountable and take responsibility for any problem and resolving it to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Monitor and assess performance to make improvements or take corrective action.
Requirements
  • Commercial skills and customer-oriented service.
  • Experience in complex matrix relationships.
  • High understanding of customer needs.
  • Ability to establish priorities and maintain flexible attitude and approach towards assignments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
  • Good knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Competency in Computer Software including SAP, Microsoft Office, MS Project.
  • Experience with ERP/PDM systems.
