Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Sales Representative to join our team at Laboratorios Scantibodies S.A De C.V. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining existing relationships in your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing sales in your region, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies and develop sales plans.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in sales or business development, particularly in field sales.
  • Experience visiting maquiladoras, a background in medical maquiladoras would be preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required. Valid driver's license, current proof of insurance, and clean driving record.
  • Valid laser VISA and SENTRI.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working on-site at our company's premises.

The salary for this position is $10, $20,000.00 per month.
