About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our Sales team at Kellanova. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Traditional Channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on these insights.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives that align with the company's overall vision and mission.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates, to measure the success of business initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Language: Intermediate English language proficiency.
