Head of Governance and Process Improvement

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Governance and Process Improvement to join our team at Hsbc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance units, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Lead talent development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees
- Provide strategic guidance on financial operations and risk management to support business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
