We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Station Manager to join our team at Amazon. Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers to meet operational goals and objectives.
- Ensure a safe work environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to optimize operations and improve customer experience.
- Supervise and coordinate the movement of shipments, including receiving, scanning, lifting, and moving packages up to 25 kgs.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and improve productivity.
- 3+ years of general experience in a logistics or operations role.
- 1+ year of experience as a manager of managers.
- English Intermediate-Advanced (B2+).
- A completed Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
- MBA or similar.
- Previous background in last mile companies or processes.
- Solid experience using Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager.
