Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at eClerx. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for executing web content updates and landing pages using CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, or similar.
This is a full-time position located in Mexico, offering a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all content and assets meet brand guidelines and are delivered in a timely manner.
- Follow established processes for campaign execution to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during campaign execution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Work closely with marketing managers to understand campaign requirements and ensure accurate execution.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment and address any operational issues related to campaign execution.
- Monitor the execution of campaigns to ensure they adhere to schedules and quality standards.
- Provide regular updates and status reports on campaign progress and execution to marketing managers.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
